Refund Policy for Events

At La Bougainvillea Kitchen & Lounge, we strive to create memorable and engaging experiences for all our guests. Due to the nature of our events, we have implemented the following refund policy:

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any event bookings.

• La Boug Credit: If you need to cancel your reservation, you may receive La Boug credit for the full amount of your booking (minus processing fess), provided that the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the event in writing. Please email info@labougbcs.com with the subject of "Cancellation for Event Request".

• Cancellations within 48 Hours: Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for La Boug credit or any form of reimbursement.

La Boug credits can be used for future events or purchases at La Boug Kitchen & Lounge. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events!
